Guidelines
An embedded tutorial should address an important and trendy/emerging topic that is of large interest to the ETS participants. Each tutorial will be given in a session of one-hour time slot. Proposals for embedded tutorials should use a specific template. Click here to download the template. Perspective embedded tutorial presenters can collaborate with special session organizers , for proposing a special track topic which can homogenize a tutorial session and special session across a single topic. By means of submission, tutorial presenters agree to register for and participate in ETS'24, in case the submission is accepted.
Deadlines
Submission deadline: January 26, 2024
Notification of acceptance: February 16, 2024
Camera-ready manuscript: March 15, 2024

Publications
Upon acceptance, the presenters for each embedded tutorial can prepare a single paper of up to 10 pages for the entire session, to be included in the formal proceedings. The paper will undergo a fast review process by a dedicated committee, in coordination with the Embedded Tutorial Chairs.
